PROJECT BACKGROUND
The London Clinic is the largest private hospital in Europe, providing an unrivalled standard of care and facilities on the prestigious Harley Street, London. This client is currently undergoing a major £150million redevelopment involving refurbishment of the existing facilities phased over the next seven years.
As their corporate safety advisor and Principal Designer (formerly CDM-C) we will advise upon all aspects of Health, safety and Fire from design stage through to handover and clinical use.
NIFES are proud to provide Health & Safety, Fire and Principal Designer (formerly CDM-C) services. This builds on a long standing Client relationship of over nineteen years where NIFES has been involved on over fifty different schemes and projects.
OUR APPROACH
NIFES has provided independent services at the London Clinic including:
Fire Safety Manager (Secondment: Fire Officer)

The holistic approach provided by NIFES incorporates training, advice, bespoke commissions and inspection in line with approved Management Systems such as HSG65 to ensure that safety is planned, implemented and reviewed to record continual improvement.
Through NIFES services this client now has a fully transparent and auditable trail of health, safety and fire activities.
